The rate for Seaside Place will be $4,500. to $7,000. (Off Season to  Season) per week  $650 to $1,000 per day.(Off Season to  Season) Keep in mind some times we can accommodate you for less than a week stay. The taxes in Florida are 12.5%, there will be a $175 cleaning fee, and a $500 Security Deposit. We have a 60 day cancellation. We require a 50% deposit to be paid immediately once the reservation has been made. Once the 50% deposit has been paid, if you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded minus $200 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of your arrival your 50% deposit is non refundable. Balance of your stay must be paid 30 days of arrival.
Holiday and Special Event Price May be Higher.
High Season is Generally Winter/Spring.
