Rates are based on 7 night stays.  Our high season runs from December 15th- One full week after Easter when we have a week minimum stay required.  The rest of the year we have a 4 night minimum stay required with exception of special events and holidays.  Call for shorter stay rates when available.  Price does not include our sales and bed tax of 11.5%.  (This 5 bedroom vacation rental is for one group/family only.  We do not split the house into separate units.) $5,000-$5,500 wk- April 16th-Dec 20th ( holidays/special events will have higher rates) $6,500-$7,000 wk- Dec 20th-after Easter 2006 (holidays/special events will have higher rates) Call for shorter stay rates.
